Terms of Service

MedSpa Planner generates monthly social media content plans, captions, Reel and Story concepts, campaign ideas and suggested visual descriptions for medical spas and aesthetic practices. It is a marketing planning tool. It does not provide medical, legal, regulatory or advertising-compliance advice.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single practice or brand unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, and renew on the same day of each month as the day your plan started. A free trial, where offered, converts to no plan automatically, you choose a plan to continue. Plans include a monthly allowance of feed posts, Stories and Reels. Allowances are enforced: once an allowance is used, no further content of that type can be generated until your plan renews or you upgrade. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

You own the content the service generates for you and may publish, edit and reuse it freely, including commercially. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your business profile and generated content so we can run the service, avoid repeating topics, and improve output quality for your account.

Generated copy is drafted to avoid common risky claim language and includes a compliance score, but every post is a draft. You are solely responsible for reviewing content against the laws, medical board rules, advertising standards and platform policies that apply to your practice and jurisdiction, and for confirming claims, credentials, pricing, offers and patient-photo consent before publishing.

Do not use the service to create misleading medical claims, to impersonate a licensed provider you are not, to resell or redistribute the service itself, to reverse engineer it, or to attempt automated bulk extraction of output. We may suspend accounts that abuse generation limits or the free sample tool.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or generic and is not guaranteed to produce any particular marketing, engagement or revenue result. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change features over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tracia Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or regulatory penalties arising from content you publish. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with a pro-rata refund of any unused prepaid period where the breach was not deliberate.
