Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access and your generated content until then, and you are not charged again. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

The trial requires no card. It does not convert into a paid plan automatically; you choose a plan when you are ready.

If you are not satisfied with your first paid month, email us within 7 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full. This applies once per account.

Renewal charges for subsequent months are generally non-refundable, because the month's plan is generated and delivered immediately. If something went wrong on our side, a failed generation, a service outage, or a duplicate charge, contact us and we will refund or credit that period.

Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge for the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next period, and your content allowance changes then.

Email hello@traciacreative.com from your account email with the reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
